A The short answer is yes. We have a fixed pricing structure for our standard collection area but we recognise that some clients value having storage and back-up solutions out of area and are happy to provide bespoke pricing for any location and for any requirement.
A Our standard collection area is within a radius of 38 miles from our storage facility in Marden.

Q You appear to be very good value for money, how do I know there are no additional hidden charges for storing or delivering my boxes?
A We approach all of our clients in exactly the same way. To provide them with exceptional value for money by providing a transparent pricing structure, which is based purely on the number of boxes you store. There is no charge for collection or deliveries between your premises and our warehouse.
Q Do you charge any additional handling or administration charges?
Q What other costs might I incur?
A The only other items you will incur a charge for are the provision of new storage boxes and the destruction of old ones.
Q How much is a delivery?
A Deliveries and collections are included within your agreed monthly storage rate – you will not be charged for collections/deliveries.
Q Will you deliver specific files if I don’t want a complete box delivered?
A Yes – with your permission we will.
